How is this program structured?

After you sign up, you'll receive an email from me with your Health Intake Form and Questionnaire. You'll complete the form and we'll schedule our Zoom fitness assessment and call. I'll do a simple movement assessment, chat with you and check in with your intake form and goals, and then get creating.

Within 7 days of our call, I'll send your Movement Report (including any imbalances I saw during our call and corrective exercises for these muscle groups), and Customized Nutrition Guide. This will include macro guidelines based on your unique body composition, activity levels, and goals.

You'll have Voxer access for any questions you may have along the way!

I'll check in with you in 7 days to see how you're doing and if we need to make any tweaks.

How long is the program?

This is a one-time product that you can use for as long as you'd like. After receiving your movement report and customized nutrition guide, the next option would be to join us for our monthly Fit Team membership for workouts or 1:1 coaching, directly with me.

I'm vegan. Will this work for me?

This plan is fully customized to accomodate your needs and personal eating styles, and customized macros are shifted for various types of diets. (For example, my friends on a Paleo diet will have a higher protein target than my vegan friends.)

Will I have to buy any special ingredients or supplements?

No! The good news is that it's designed to work with the foods you like that you already have on hand. We'll explore some of your favorite health go-to options, and you can easily fit the foods you enjoy into your macro targets.

I don't want to weigh or measure my food.

SAME, friend. I hate weighing or measuring anything. The meal guidelines are all portions guided by the size of your hand, so it's extremely easy to eyeball servings and tally on your phone or in a notebooks. I'll show you how to do this and I can't wait to see how GOOD you feel and how performance improves when you're eating to suit your needs and goals.
