Hi! I'm Gina. I'm a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and Women's Fitness specialist, Precision Nutrition certified nutrition coach, an author ("HIIT It!" and "HIIT for Women"), the founder of fitnessista.com, and the voice behind the Healthy In Real Life podcast.

After you sign up, you'll receive an email from me with your Health Intake Form and Questionnaire. You'll complete the form and we'll schedule our Zoom fitness assessment and call. I'll do a simple movement assessment, chat with you and check in with your intake form and goals, and then get creating.
Within 7 days of our call, I'll send your Movement Report (including any imbalances I saw during our call and corrective exercises for these muscle groups), and Customized Nutrition Guide. This will include macro guidelines based on your unique body composition, activity levels, and goals.
You'll have Voxer access for any questions you may have along the way!

This is a one-time product that you can use for as long as you'd like. After receiving your movement report and customized nutrition guide, the next option would be to join us for our monthly Fit Team membership for workouts or 1:1 coaching, directly with me.
