The written plan will include video tutorials, as well as options for beginners, low-impact, and postpartum. You'll also receive a PDF document with meal ideas, tips, and how to add in your favorite cardio workouts.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM THE WORKOUTS?
These workouts will challenge and change your body by focusing on a solid strength split, various training techniques, and cardio blasts. They fuse high-intensity interval training, lower body strength, upper body dumbbell work, and resistance endurance training for maximum results in a short amount of time. They're short (30-45 minutes max), intense, and FUN.
